1.1 “Tariff Tribe” is a trading name of Future Energy Associates Ltd (company number: 12474709) ("We", "Us", "Our") acting as an energy broker for businesses.
1.2 “Energy Supplier” means any entity that holds a valid supply licence issued by Ofgem to supply energy to businesses in Great Britain.
1.3 “Referrer” means a person or entity that recommends, introduces, or refers another person or entity to Tariff Tribe.
1.3 “Referee” means a person or entity that has been referred by the Referer.
1.2 “Energy Contract” for the purposes of these terms means any gas or electricity supply contract brokered by Tariff Tribe with an Energy Supplier.
1.3 “Energy Contract Switch” means an Energy Contract entered into by a business entity and an Energy Supplier and being confirmed by the Energy Supplier as on supply.
2.1 To be eligible to refer others to Tariff Tribe, you must hold an active Tariff Tribe account.
2.2 The person you refer (the "Referee") must represent a business entity that does not already hold a Tariff Tribe account. Creating a new account for a different site or meter within the same business entity does not qualify as an eligible referral.
2.3 If you own or operate multiple separate business entities, you may refer your other businesses, provided each business is a distinct legal entity.
2.4 Businesses that have previously completed an Energy Contract switch through Tariff Tribe are not eligible to be referred.
3.1 You can refer others using the personalised referral link provided in your Tariff Tribe account.
3.2 The Referee must sign up and complete their switch using your personalised referral link. Referrals made through other means, or claimed retrospectively, will not be eligible for a reward.
3.3 Both you (the Referrer) and the Referee will receive a cash reward as displayed on the referral screen at the time of the referral.
4.1 Rewards will only be paid once the Referee has completed a new Energy Contract Switch through Tariff Tribe and has paid their first month's bill to their new Energy Supplier.
4.2 Payment of rewards is subject to confirmation of the Referee's first bill payment via a commission statement from the relevant Energy Supplier.
4.3 We will contact you to arrange payment of your reward once these conditions have been met.
5.1 We reserve the right to withhold or recover rewards where we reasonably believe the referral programme is being misused.
5.2 We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this referral programme at any time without prior notice.
5.3 In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or rewards, our decision shall be final.
5.4 These terms are supplementary to and should be read alongside our general terms and conditions.
5.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
